& Conditions. These terms govern all travel bookings, website usage, and customer interactions, in accordance with
Indonesian Law and international data protection standards.

1. Definitions
For the purpose of this Agreement:
• “Company” refers to PT. Semat Travel Indonesia.
• “User/Customer” refers to any individual who accesses or uses our services.
• “Services” include tour packages, booking systems, customer support, information on the website, and any related travel assistance.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, booking platform, or any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should immediately discontinue the use of our services and website.
3. Booking & Payment
• All bookings must be made through our official and authorized channels.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, depending on availability, partner policies, and seasonal demand.
• Full or partial payment may be required before a booking is confirmed.
• All payments are processed via secure and encrypted payment gateways that comply with applicable regulations in Indonesia.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all booking details before confirming payment
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel package and the terms of our partners (including hotels, airlines, and tour operators).
• Any eligible refund will follow Indonesian Consumer Protection Law and the applicable terms of our service partners.
• Certain bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.
• Events classified as force majeure (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond reasonable control) may not be refundable or may be subject to special terms determined by the Company and its partners.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our services, Users agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during inquiries and bookings. • Comply with local laws, customs, culture, and regulations in all destinations visited.
• Ensure that all required travel documents (passports, visas, permits, health documents, etc.) are valid and up to date.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including any travel advisories or mandatory requirements from authorities.
The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings without refund if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided,
or if User behavior violates laws or regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be held liable for:
• Any personal loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from User negligence or failure to comply with requirements.
• Delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service failures caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third-party partners.
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or other situations beyond the Company’s control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or loss of income.
Users are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to minimize risks and financial exposure.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by:
• 🇮🇩 Indonesian Law, including but not limited to Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) and the Indonesian Consumer Protection Law.
• International data protection standards, including GDPR compatibility for international Users, where applicable.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Denpasar
District Court – Bali, Indonesia, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
8. Travel Insurance Disclaimer
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Such insurance should ideally cover, but is not limited to:
• Medical treatment and emergency evacuation
• Trip cancellation, curtailment, or interruption
• Baggage loss, theft, or damage
• Flight delays, missed connections, or trip delays
• Personal accident and third-party liability Semat Travel Indonesia shall not be liable for any financial losses, medical costs, disruptions, or other damages arising from:
• The absence of valid travel insurance; or
• Inadequate coverage under the User’s chosen insurance policy.
The responsibility to research, purchase, and maintain appropriate travel insurance lies entirely with the User

11. Force Majeure Clause
Semat Travel Indonesia shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or service disruption due to force majeure events,
including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters (earthquake, volcanic eruption, tsunami)
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Government restrictions or travel bans
• War, riots, strikes, terrorism, or social unrest
• Transportation failure or air traffic disruptions
In such events, refunds or rescheduling will follow partner policies and applicable Indonesian regulations, but may not always be guaranteed.
12. Travel Safety & Compliance Guidelines
To ensure safe and responsible travel, Users must comply with:
• Local laws, customs, cultural norms, and dress codes
• Health and safety requirements, including vaccination, medical proof, or travel insurance
• Environmental sustainability practices at destinations
• Instructions from guides, authorities, and local operators
Semat Travel Indonesia reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a booking if a User’s behavior is unlawful, offensive, or
poses a safety risk to others.
For safety reasons, Users are strongly encouraged to:

✔ Keep a digital & printed copy of all travel documents
✔ Save emergency contacts and insurance details
✔ Follow government-issued travel advisories
