3. Booking & Confirmation

Your journey begins with a conversation. A booking is considered confirmed once:

  • The proposed itinerary has been reviewed and approved, and
  • The agreed payment has been completed.

You will then receive a confirmation outlining key details of your journey. We encourage you to review all details carefully and inform us promptly if any adjustments are needed.

4. Pricing & Payment

Each proposal reflects your personalized journey.

  • All pricing is clearly communicated before confirmation
  • Payments are processed through secure and reliable methods
  • Transaction details will reflect Semat Travel Indonesia as the service provider

Where reference currencies are displayed, they are indicative only. Final transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We reserve the right to correct any technical or pricing inaccuracies if they occur.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests will be handled in a fair and reasonable manner.

  • Refund eligibility may vary depending on the timing of cancellation and the services already arranged
  • Certain components, especially those involving third-party providers, may be non-refundable once confirmed
  • Any applicable refund will be communicated clearly based on the specific circumstances of your booking
